• Regular:
  • 250€ (coffee breaks, lunches and dinners) 
  • 180€ (coffee breaks and lunches) 
• Students:
  • 180€ (coffee breaks, lunches and dinners) 
  • 150€ (coffee breaks and lunches) 

For the hotel and student rooms, payment is to be made directly by the participants.

• Accommodation Fees:
  • Student rooms are available at 150 DH per night.
  • Hotel rooms are available at 850 DH per night, including breakfast.

To book a hotel room at UM6P Rabat or a student room on campus, an email must be sent to Hamza [hamza.hachami@um6p.ma] with a copy to the conference’s email address [Vanguard-EVENT@um6p.ma]. 

The deadline for registration and payment is October 20th.
